CHAKRA DANCING

Chakra Dancing is a fun yet powerful way to connect with with the body and bring about natural healing for the body, mind and soul.

The specifically composed music ranges from earthly drumming at the root chakra to angelic tones at the crown to take you on a mediative journey of self-discovery. Helping you to increase energy levels, boost self-confidence and self-love. 

Through mindful movement, we realign the body’s energy centres (chakras) and release emotional blockages, old belief systems and patterns that no longer serve us by stimulating the flow of energy (chi).

By turning our attention within, we are able to rebalance and connect to our inner being in order to re-balance and restore ourselves to a healthier, grounded, authentic state of living.

Chakra dancing is a fun workout from the inside out bringing about both physical and mental wellness for all.

For your comfort we recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing and training shoes.  Bare feet is also an option (no socks). A bottle of and water is also advisable.
